Deep Waters

When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. - Psalm 43:2

We all have deep waters that we face in our lives: loss, depression, addiction, illness, worry, natural disasters, pain...

​And Christians don't get a special bridge to walk over the water without getting wet. God has never said that we won't face deep waters when we make the choice to give our lives to Him.

We're going to face fast currents and crashing waves, but God has promised us that He will be right there. We can lean on Him and hold onto Him, even when it feels like we're drowning.

If you're going through deep waters, God is with you! And He's not going anywhere!
